The important quality control 5 stages we do for your order

1, Select right reliable manufacturers:

We have a whole range of associated stone manufacturers sourced to work together. We always very carefully  select the right manufacturers to give you a specimen product before production.

2,Production: Follow through and checking the detail required for the goods.

3, Production Inspection ( Key point):  Your products and you come first. We work for your products and giving you our best procurement service. We don't mind changing factories if something isn't working for you !

We have our own experienced quality control experts led by Mr Liang  to make sure the products being made of the highest  quality . Every piece will be carefully inspected before packing to avoid any faulty  ( poor polishing surface, scratch , wrong size, veins , scars , color and thickness under tolerance,, etc ).

Mr Liang is instructing the factory workers to cut the size properly to be trying to avoid the faulty.

Mr Liang is inspecting every piece before packing ! Faulty ones are rejected ! It is taugh decesion ! But quality come first !

All the surfaces are requested very clean without any dust and sand and are well protected !

4, Packing:  Packing is another important part to follow up. The polishing surface of stone goods need to be protected very well to avoid any damage or scratch and the  packing crates are required to be strong for transit.  And also make sure all the packing crates are fumigated .

5, Exporting and supplying documents. It is another important part of process and follow up before the order arrives at your warehouse. We have our professional staff to process the shipping documents and  make sure we can deliver all the  required documents for your country customs to go through customs clearance.

Personally, I cannot trust any factory to manage the quality control by themselves. When the problems arise, they will never tell you the truth and always think themselves first. Instead, we will give you the facts and the problems if any. So you have time to solve the problem before it becomes too late and if necessary, we may cancel order and change to another manufacturer.

Each order, we will arrange our quality control expert to stay in factory before packing to make sure all the goods are made and packed properly . Lots of factories in China in last several years have very bad habit of staining the paint into granite to hide the faulty of nature granite and make them looks better quality to be able to sell higher pricing , which cause a big problem of color change after they are used outside for certain time . The problem are causing so many buyers lost their market or bankrupt .

But the problem are not happened to our customers. The key important is that we have our own experienced reliable quality control experts . One of our customers  is writing us letter recently to tell me how satisfied with our last 14 years quality control.
